What's a TELO?
The TELO (TE Liaison Officer) is the person who administers the Tuition Exchange Program for their school. Most schools have a Primary and a Secondary TELO.
Find the Right One
Export School TELO: First point of contact when applying for Tuition Exchange. Contact that individual to learn about eligibility guidelines and any internal policies at the Export School. Some schools may ask you to submit an internal form and may charge an administrative fee to help defray program costs.
Import School TELO: A good resource if you have questions about how and when a school awards their TE Scholarships. They can share the average size of their TE applicant pool, how many scholarships they offer and whether an administrative fee is/is not charged to Import students. The student’s admissions counselor can also be a helpful resource.
