About FACHEX
FACHEX (Faculty, Administrator and Staff Children Exchange Program) is an undergraduate exchange program that allows dependents of eligible faculty and staff employed at 26 Catholic, Jesuit institutions to apply for a full tuition FACHEX Scholarship.
Most FACHEX schools are also Tuition Exchange schools. If you submit your TE EZ-Application to a FACHEX school and you meet the eligibility requirements, the Import School will consider you for a FACHEX Scholarship or a TE Scholarship.
You do not need to submit an additional application to be considered for both scholarship programs. The Import school determines which scholarship (TE or FACHEX) will be offered. For more information, review the FACHEX Program Guidelines.
Answers to Frequently Asked FACHEX Questions
Do I need to submit a separate application to be considered for the FACHEX scholarship?
No. If you submit your TE EZ-Application to a FACHEX school and you meet the eligibility requirements, the Import School will consider you for a FACHEX Scholarship or a TE Scholarship, with the exception of Boston College and Holy Cross which will only consider you for a FACHEX Scholarship.
What is the amount of a FACHEX Scholarship?
FACHEX Scholarships are full tuition scholarships.
Are all AJCU (American Jesuit College & Universities) schools FACHEX Program participants?
All but one (Georgetown University) participate in the FACHEX Program.

Can I be considered for a FACHEX Scholarship if my parent works at a TE school that is not also a FACHEX school?
No. Only dependent students whose parents are employed at FACHEX schools can be considered for FACHEX Scholarships.
Are FACHEX Scholarships available for graduate study?
No. FACHEX Scholarships are only available to dependent children enrolled at the undergraduate level.
