Board Hosts Reception for Local Tuition Exchange Scholars
At the January 2025 Board Meeting, local families with Tuition Exchange Scholars were invited to a gathering at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. The goal was to give TE Board members the chance to meet scholarship recipients and their parents in person. Member school TELOs were invited as well.
The event proved to be a high point for the Board and the families as they had a chance to share stories about their college journeys and the impact of the Tuition Exchange scholarship. In fact, the reception was such a success that the Board has decided to make this an annual event. The January 2026 Board Meeting will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, and, once again, Tuition Exchange Scholars attending schools in the area will be invited to attend a reception hosted by the Board.
