We are committed to giving you, our campus partners, the resources you need to take full advantage of the Tuition Exchange scholarship program. Our dedicated team provides training for the campus-based TE Liaison Officers (TELOs), offers webinars and online tools for families and coordinates scholarship exchanges for over 9,000 candidates annually. With your help, we are giving faculty, staff and students access to affordable education.

Kristin R. Tichenor
President
Kristin joined Tuition Exchange as President in February, 2024. She brings considerable experience in campus-based leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Institutional Strategy at WPI and Senior Vice President at Wentworth. Kristin is also the founder of CACHET (College Admissions Collaborative Highlighting Engineering and Technology), a national association of ABET accredited institutions committed to broadening access to science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degree at Carleton College, her Master’s degree in Education/Public Administration at Clark University and her doctoral degree in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth (Liz) Rihl Lewinsky
Associate Vice President
Elizabeth (Liz) Rihl Lewinsky previously spent 31 years working at Enrollment Management/Financial Aid, having served as Assistant Vice President for Financial Aid at Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia) the last seven years, where she served as primary TELO, and, prior to that, as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management (and previously as Director of Financial Aid/Director of Enrollment Management) at Arcadia University for 24 years. Liz is the proud parent of two Tuition Exchange scholars!
Liz received her B.S. in Secondary Education from the University of Nevada (UNLV) and has a Masters in English and a Masters in Education, both from Arcadia University. She is a NASFAA Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC).
Kristine Murphy Lev
Associate Vice President for Finance and Operations
Kristine Murphy Lev responsible for all accounting and financial activities for Tuition Exchange. Before joining Tuition Exchange in 2004, Kristine spent 12 years in healthcare administration.
Kristine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and her Master of Public Administration is from New York University.
Laura Savage
Associate Director for Member Engagement
Laura Savage is a primary first contact for TELOs, particularly assisting new TELOs get trained in the TELO system. Laura assists with onboarding new member schools and with the development of content training.
Before joining TE, Laura worked at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, most recently as Associate Director of Financial Aid.
Laura earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College and also has experience from the parent-side of the TE process, having had two children participate in the TE Program.
